Melvin Esh, the business owner, does all of the inspections. He started the business in 1990 and has completed over 3,000 home inspections in the Philadelphia Area. Prior to that, he worked as a construction manager at various agencies for 9 years, and was a carpenter for 2 years. He has a B.S. in Business Administrative and continues to take new education courses. He has been a Member of American Society of Home Inspectors ASHI #6963 since 1994.
